Miss Wilkinson is only 15 years old, and her mother, Jane Wilkinson, gave consent to the marriage. Homer Henley will return from Europe the middle of October, when he will resume his teaching and voice culture. 

DeLIGNE, executor of the estate of the late John A. SHEEHAN, yesterday filed his final petition for a decree of distribution. Sheehan, who was a newspaper man, and one of the owners and editors of the Sunday News, died several months ago, and a contest was brought to his will. Subsequently this was withdrawn when it was learned that most of his property would go to his nephew, Jess COPE. The final account shows that there is $6392.72 to be distributed, and of this, $5000 goes to young Cope, under the will, the balance, $1393.72, goes to Mrs. Caroline BOHMAN and her daughter, Louisa Bohman of this city.
