ERNEST A. WILSON

 

 

            Ernest A. Wilson, attorney, was born July 27, 1895, in San Francisco, California; the son of Frank F. and Martha W. (Watson) Wilson.

            His early education was received at public grammar school and Union High School, Hollister, California.  His legal education was received at Leland Stanford Junior University, from which he received his LL.B. degree and was admitted to the State Bar of California in March of 1923.

            Mr. Wilson is in practice of the law at San Mateo, California, as member of the firm of Kirkbride, Wilson, Harzfeld & Wallace, specializing in municipal and district and public bond proceedings law.  He has served as city attorney of San Mateo and also of San Bruno, California; chairman of City Attorneys’ Section, League of California Municipalities; attorney for Board of Freeholders, San Mateo County Charter.

            He holds membership in the American Bar Association, California State Bar, San Mateo County Bar Association; B.P.O.E. Lodge, No. 112, Burlingame-San Mateo Kiwanis Club, and American Legion 92.

            Mr. Wilson has one child, Audrey, born in 1932.  He resides at 121 West Poplar Avenue, San Mateo, California.

            His chief interests are in civic affairs, fraternal organizations and athletic activities.
