Mrs. Edith L. Ryan (deceased). Taught in Klamath Falls, Oregon, in
Washington, and in Nevada. Died in 1923.

school. Returned to California and was home teacher in Fresno. Has her A.B. and
A.M. from Stanford, and a special certificate for social work. Was assistant
secretary of the Good Cheer Club, San Jose, for a year. Has two children.

Ruth Gunsolus (Mrs. Charles Tread), Palo Alto,

went to Sterling, Illinois to teach. In 1921 returned to California. Married
June, 1928.
Bryan Hall, San Francisco, Calif. Taught in Kern County. Was principal of
Alpha school until he entered the University of California and secured degree
from College of Commerce. Married Gertrude Rankin. Is in comptroller's office
at U.C. as accountant for medical school and hospital.

Gladys Laughlin (Mrs. Medford R. Kellum), San Jose, Calif. Taught near Lompoc and Monterey County. Has done reconstruction work in the Letterman hospital, San Francisco. Taught in Hawaii and after her marriage some two years ago cruised with her husband in their private yacht. They purchased an island in the Society group, Moorea, for a home.

Doris O. Magness, Myrtle Pt., Ore. Principal at Leaburg, Oregon. During the war was bookkeeper in the Navy Department in Washington, D.C. Attended the Salem Oregon summer school.
