Olympia Dillon Baker, San Jose, Calif.   Her first teaching was in Kern County, but for some years past she has been connected with the San Jose school department in the Horace Mann school.

Mary E. Cady, Watsonville, Calif.   Taught in Kern and in Mono Counties. Has at various times returned to the Normal School for further study.

J. William Crook,  Spreckels, Calif.   Principal of San Ardo school. Attended Stanford University two years.

Madge Cunningham, San Francisco, Calif.   Taught first near Watsonville, then went into the Oakland school department.

M. Ruth Davenport, Palo Alto, Calif.   Gave private lessons in vocal music for two years, and taught for a time in Stanislaus County, but for the past fourteen years has been in the Palo Alto schools. Was for two summer sessions assistant in the manual training department of the University of California. Miss Davenport is a graduate of Kings Conservatory of Music, and has taken courses in Americanization at the University of California.

Mabel Ernst (Mrs. Edward A. Stonehill), San Jose, Calif.   Taught near Milpitas and other places in Santa Clara County. Took metaphysical course in Boston in order to secure C.S. degree. Took business course at Heald's. Has been a Christian Science practitioner.

Bessie Lee Fentem (Mrs. Carl Mohr), Turlock, Calif.   Taught in Stanislaus County, part of the time in Newman.

Eleanor Frances Ganyon, San Jose, Calif.   Taught near Bartlett Springs.

Lucretia Ruth Haskins, San Francisco, Calif.   Taught in Contra Costa County, and in Santa Clara County. For eleven years past has been teaching in San Francisco.

Helen H. Hosler (deceased).   Taught in Madera County. Died in 1917.

Ottilia Klein (Mrs. James Edwin Addicott), San Francisco, Calif.   Taught in Berkeley until her marriage in October, 1911. Has four children.

Leora McCharles (Mrs. C. William White), Hayward, Calif.   Taught in Trinity County. Married an attorney. Two children.

Cala McCracken (Mrs. Lemberger), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in the San Jose school department.

Leopold B. Maries (deceased).   Taught in Mission San Jose, and was later principal of the Irving M. Scott Evening school, San Francisco.

Alice C. Martin, Palo Alto, Calif.   Taught in Berkeley, then entered the University for vocational guidance course, and while studying taught in the Edison school.

Edyth Menker (Mrs. Charles Piper Smith), San Jose, Calif.   Taught two years. Attended lecture courses at Cornell University. Spent eight years near Washington, D.C. Her husband is a member of the San Jose High school faculty. One child.

Shirley Poore, Berkeley, Calif.   Taught in Oakland. Took University course in Home Economics. Has specialized on costume design.

Julia Gertrude Rogers (Mrs. Eugene T. Coopers), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Mendocino County, then near Half Moon Bay before entering the San Jose school department.

Emma M. Runyon (deceased).   Taught for a time in Tulare County.

Queen Bruner Smith, Oakland, Calif.   Taught in Sonoma, then went to Parma, Idaho.

Marguerite Vestal (Mrs. R. C. Rosenberg), San Francisco, Calif.   Taught in Solano County, near Winters.

Lillian Tisdale Williams (Mrs. Edward Polhemus), San Jose, Calif.   Was for many years librarian at the San Jose High school.

Belva C. Axe (Mrs. James Bond), Oakland, Calif.   Taught four years in Humboldt County. Has one child.

Julia Genevieve Basile (Mrs. Baldwin), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Tehama County. Married in 1914.

Ruth E. Beckwith, Los Gatos, Calif.   Went into Oakland schools.

Ivadell Bevens (Mrs. L. H. Bohnett), San Jose, Calif.   Taught a few months in San Luis Obispo County, and a few months in Redwood City. In 1909 was a teacher in the Lowell Grammar school, San Jose. Married in 1913. Two children.

Mary C. Bianchi, San Luis Obispo, Calif.   Taught in Mendocino County, and in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara Counties about eighteen years.

Emma E. Blauer, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Campbell, then in the San Jose night school, while taking her course in Stanford. Was graduated from Stanford in 1913 and is now (1927) teaching in the San Jose High school.

Minnie G. Bofinger, Red Bluff, Calif.   Taught in Tehama County, and since 1917 has been in the Red Bluff school.

Olive Elizabeth Bonner (Mrs. J. H. Crothers), Eureka, Calif.   Taught in Niles.

Mattie A. Brady, Oakland, Calif.   Taught first at Pleasanton, then in Oakland.

Hazel Ione Breneman, El Cerrito, Calif.   Taught near Martinez, then at Richmond.

Gladys Brock, Oakland, Calif.   Taught in Lake County, in Tulare, Monterey and Sonoma Counties, then at the Hester school, San Jose.

Clara Alice Brose, Parlier, Calif.   Taught in Fresno County, and in Parlier.

Florence Greenlaw Brown, Ogden, Utah.   Taught in Humboldt County, then substituted in the Aspen, Colorado schools, afterwards returning to California and teaching in Eureka. In 1919 she was teaching in Ogden, Utah. Has taken courses at Columbia, U.C., and Stanford, besides extension work. Library and office experience. Principal of Polk school, Ogden, Utah.

Claribel Bryant (Mrs. Wendall William Ward), Los Angeles, Calif.   Taught at Oceanside. A.B. from Stanford. One semester in University of Berlin. One child.

Olive S. Burgess, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Lake County, and in San Benito County. She was in the Campbell school for a few years, then came to the Theodore Roosevelt Junior High school where she is now (1927) teaching. Miss Burgess has had thorough training in voice.

Matie Alleyne Butz (Mrs. C. C. Thompson), Visalia, Calif.   Taught near Visalia and married there in 1910.

Vera Carroll, Sacramento, Calif.   Taught.

Inez Center, Santa Clara, Calif.   Taught in Lake County, and in Mountain View.

Eleanor A. Chambers (Mrs. H. A. Savage), Fresno, Calif.   Taught in Sanger.

Letitia Clark (Mrs. Lewis E. Scott), Pacific Grove, Calif.   Taught in Needles, then entered Stanford as an assistant in the Stanford History department. She completed the work for her master's degree in 1910 and continued as assistant in the history department of  Stanford, until her marriage to Lewis E. Scott, a teacher of Americanization, and a minister.

Julia D. Cole, Manila, P.I.   Taught in the Sacramento schools.

Irene C. Condon (Mrs. H. C. Knofler), Taft, Calif.   Taught in San Mateo and Monterey Counties. Three children.

Alice Belle Cooper, Red Bluff, Calif.   Taught in Tehama County. Went into the Oakland schools and studied at U.C.

Elma V. Cooper (Mrs. A. B. Grow), Belleville, N.Y.   Taught in Tehama County.

Iva Edith Crane (Mrs. Chas. W. Cahoon), Palonea, Calif.   Taught first in Colusa County, then in Jamesburg, Monterey County. Five children.

Sibyl Croly (Mrs. L. J. Hanchett), Saratoga, Calif.   Taught in Marin and in Lake Counties. Was married July 17, 1910. She has studied music quite extensively, and is at present (1927) an assistant in the Music Department of the State Teachers College. Is gifted in musical composition and lyric verse. Four children.

Elizabeth Dalton, Eureka, Calif.   Taught in Scotia.

Ada V. Damon, Ferndale, Calif.   Taught in Red Bluff. Now teaching in Eureka. Has taken courses at Oregon Agricultural College. Also Palmer Methods, Portland, Oregon. Has taught in summer session of Humboldt State Teachers College.

Cecil M. Davis, Santa Cruz, Calif.   Taught in Santa Cruz County, and was for a number of years Superintendent of Santa Cruz County.

Edna Earl Dexter (Mrs. Shepherd), Winters, Calif.   Taught at Edenvale until her marriage, when she lived with her husband on a ranch near San Jose. She has again resumed teaching in the Winters Grammar school.

Grace Anna Dick (Mrs. L. C. Clark), Visalia, Calif.   Taught in Tulare County, and was married in December, 1910, going to San Diego to reside.

Elsie M. Doty (Mrs. L. W. Vary), Bakersfield, Calif.   Taught near Turlock.

Constance Douglas, Berkeley, Calif.   Taught in Monterey County, then went to Berkeley, and is now teaching at Miss Head's school.

Gertrude Sarah Drew (Mrs. C. D. Collins), Fresno, Calif.   Was a student at the University of California, then taught in Fresno. Two children.

Vivian Carlton Drew (Mrs. M. M. Miner), San Mateo, Calif.   Taught until her marriage in 1911, when she lived in South San Francsico, then in Antioch.

Albertine Du Bois (Mrs. Smith), San Francisco, Calif.   Taught in her home county, Sonoma, then in the Berkeley schools.

Mary Adelaide Ducey, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Tulare County, and in Porterville.

Amanda Olivia Ekstrom, Selma, Calif.   Taught in Fresno County.

Nellie J. Fairman (Mrs. W. Wehner), Gustine, Calif.   Taught in Fresno and in San Mateo. Two children.

Grace Viola Fitzgearl (Mrs. James L. Brown), Hanford, Calif.   Taught near Visalia for about fifteen years. Two children. Is now teaching at Lemoore.

Mabel FitzGerald, Santa Cruz, Calif.   Taught in Santa Cruz County.

Nannie May Flood (Mrs. John Escola), Mendocino, Calif.   Taught in Mendocino County for six years. Five children.

Edna Marie Foote (Mrs. Wilbur Hudson), Stockton, Calif.   Taught in Grass Valley, then in Stockton.

Minnie E. Franklin (Mrs. R. L. Burgess), Palo Alto, Calif.   Taught in San Luis Obispo and Marin Counties. Entered the College of the Pacific, and attended Stanford. Was married October 12, 1912 and is now (1927) living in Palo Alto. Has done feature writing for San Jose News and San Francisco Examiner.

Martha L. Fraser (Mrs. Lester R. Geyer), Richmond, Calif.   Taught in Lake County, then in Fresno County, and in Richmond.

Paula E. Freyschlag (deceased).   Taught in Sonoma County, and in the San Jose school department.

Anna L. Fritch, Boulder Creek, Calif.   Taught in Boulder Creek.  

Florence R. Frost (Mrs. Louis J. Haselfeld), Kingman, Arizona.   Taught in Kirkland, Arizona for one term. Has four children. Active in Federation of Women's Club.

Fausta Ingalsbe Fruit (Mrs. George Webber), Merced, Calif.   Taught.

Catherine Underwood Gray (Mrs. Guy R. Hooton), Hollister, Calif.   Taught in San Benito County. Has been secretary of the Board of Education for a number of years, and is now (1927) County Superintendent of schools.

Gertrude Alice Gray (Mrs. Tremaine), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in San Benito and in Lassen Counties.

Margaret H. Gray, Haywards, Calif.   Taught for a few years near Oroville, and in Mendocino County, then near her home in Hayward. Had a store in Hayward.

Dorothy Ida Green (Mrs. Shirley), Phoenix, Ariz.   Taught near Coalinga.

Inez May Green (Mrs. Getchell), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Monterey County, and in Lakeport.

Nellie Isabelle Greenfield (Mrs. J. T. Riley), East Auburn, Calif.   Taught ten years. Has four children.

Hazel H. Hyde (Mrs. Thomas Clay Mayhew), Berkeley, Calif.   Taught in Grass Valley and in Davis. Married in 1913 and has two daughters. Her husband is connected with the Agricultural Extension Division as assistant state farm adviser.

Laura L. Marsh (Mrs. C. R. Aldridge), Watsonville, Calif.   Taught near her home until her marriage in June, 1911. In 1913 she taught with her sister in Dinuba.

Rita Katherine Mathews (Mrs. Marshall), Naples, Calif.   After teaching a year Miss Mathews married George A. Mack. She later taught in Naples, and in 1921 was merried (sic) to Mr. Marshall.

Mabelle Marie May (Mrs. Kinney), Sacramento, Calif.   Taught in Sacramento.

Charlotte Murphy (Mrs. Daniel F. Myers), Visalia, Calif.   Taught near Tulare and was married June 2, 1909. She later taught at Visalia. Three children. Principal and teacher of a school in Tulare County.

Kathryn G. Murphy (Mrs. Walter Winder), Fallon, Nevada.    Taught in El Dorado, Monterey and Amador Counties. Four children.

Jane Earley Myers, Nevada City, Calif.   Taught in Truckee, then in Oakland.

Helen Louise Nims (Mrs. D. L. Clement), San Francisco, Calif.   Taught near Watsonville, then in Morgan Hill.

Estelle Ogden (Mrs. Daniel L. Newton), Fullerton, Calif.   Taught in Merced County. Was married in 1910. One son.

Ethel E. Ogden, San Jose, Calif.   Has taught in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties. Took half year in Home Economics Course, also Red Cross course and summer course. Has not been teaching since 1923.

Pearl G. Symms (Mrs. Orvis P. Dodds), Sacramento, Calif. Taught in Santa Margarita. Married Orvis P. Dodds, a civil engineer. Four children.

Emma Myra Thompson (Mrs. Ralph R. Bennett), San Jose, Calif. Taught three years, one year at Redwood City and two at Air Point school, near Milpitas. Has one child.

Stella E. Torbert (Mrs. Davis), San Jose, Calif. Taught in Fresno County, and in Valley View, Santa Clara County. Returned to the Normal school for the Household Arts course from which she was graduated in 1916. She is at present (1927) teaching in the Alamaden Union Grammar school.

Mary E. Towey (Mrs. Richard A. Flannagan), Kentfield, Calif. Taught in the Santa Rosa schools and in the San Francisco schools. One child.

Charlotte M. Treanor (Mrs. C. Perry Dresser), Fresno, Calif. Taught in Richmond.

William Clyde Waibel, Piedmont, Calif. Taught in Kern County, then in Alameda County. Is now principal of the Benicia High school. Took his A.B. degree from U.C. and has about completed work for masters degree.

Isabelle Gallagher (Mrs. Farrell), San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Tulare County, and in Watsonville.

Viola Lillian Gandrup, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Pittsburg, then Oakland.

Pearl Mary Guichard, Ben Lomond, Calif.   Taught in Santa Cruz County, and in Monterey County. Went to Hawaii in 1918 to teach.

Conrad E. H. Hale, Ben Lomond, Calif.   Taught in Oilfields, in Santa Clara County and in Sisson. Was principal of Briggs school, Santa Paula.

Muriel E. Hall, San Mateo, Calif.   Received her degree in Graphic Art from Stanford in 1916 and went to the Polytechnic High school, San Francisco to teach.

Mary A. Harris, Portland, Oregon.   Taught in Portland, Oregon.

Lucile Heiskell (Mrs. Frank Griffin Desmond), Berkeley, Calif.   Taught in San Mateo and in Madera County. Is now teaching in the Madera school.

Christine S. Hilfiker (Mrs. Nelson Davis), Eureka, Calif.   Taught at Trinidad, Humboldt County. Was principal of Rio Dell school. Has two daughters.

Grace Hobler (Mrs. Hollingberry), Hanford, Calif.   Taught in Kern County, then in Hanford.

Edith Kaler, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Manton, but left teaching to enter U.C. in 1917.

Ruby Meta Kerr, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Sebastopol until she entered Stanford. She received her bachelor's degree in 1916 and her master's degree in 1917. She entered the library staff July, 1928, in the San Jose State Teachers College.

Elsie Kent, Hollister, Calif.   Taught in Merced County, and in Lake County.

Alice Lipscombe (Mrs. Ralph A. Ernst), Paso Robles, Calif.   Taught in San Luis Obispo County. Four children.

Eula McClure (Mrs. Hugh Grant), Sacramento, Calif.  Taught in Santa Cruz County, then in Sacramento. Did Red Cross office work during the war. Was married in 1920 and her husband died in December, 1922. She then returned to teaching in Sacramento.

Virginia M. Mayne,  Alviso, Calif.   Taught in Lawrence and Alviso, and is now in the Santa Clara school.

Florence Persis Mecham, Turlock, Calif.   Taught in Merced and San Bernardino Counties.

Anna Virginia Mondon (Mrs. Fred S. Campbell), Stockton, Calif.   Taught in San Joaquin County six years, three years as principal. Two children.

Grace Quinn, Benicia, Calif.   Taught.

Margaret Luella Simpson, Oleander, Calif.   Taught in Fresno County, and in Monterey County.

Norma Harriet Singleton, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in Pacific Grove and at Franklin school. Is now (1927) teaching at Evergreen.

Agnes Strom.   Taught in Santa Clara County, then went to Minnesota to teach.

Estelle Swearingen (Mrs. DeLong Rene Murray), Sacramento, Calif.   Taught in Sacramento County. Was married in 1917. Has been successful as a writer.

Effie Slusser, San Jose, Calif.    Went to Tuston, Orange County.

Granville Thomas, Berkeley, Calif.   Taught in Pacific Grove High school, then in Martinez. Now playground director in Berkeley. Two children.

Faye Thompson (Mrs. C. E. Clain) (deceased).   Was private teacher in a family near Hollister. Entered the Buchtel University and was graduated. Died May 2, 1922.

Linda Olive Tomasi (Mrs. Thomas F. Jobe), Santa Rosa, Calif.   Taught in Sonoma County. She was postmistress in Burke, California from 1915 to 1924. One child.

Mabelle Florence Van Nice, Ashland, Oregon.   Taught in Winters until 1915, then went to Walla Walla, Washington to teach. In 1918 she had returned to California and was teaching in Oakland.

Maud Vines, San Jose, Calif.   Taught in California and in Nevada. Attended the University of California, specializing in art, and taught drawing in El Segundo school, Los Angeles.

Florine Ella West (Mrs. G. M. McFarlan), Brentwood, Calif.   Taught near Brentwood. Four children. Is now teaching in Brentwood.

Georgia Willcox, Petaluma, Calif.   Taught in Lassen County.
