EUGENE
LOVELL WILHOIT
Eugene
Lovell Wilhott, chairman of the Board of Stockton
Savings and Loan Bank and others, was born in Stockton, California. He is the
son of Roley Early and Delia (Dwelley)
Wilhoit.
He is a graduate of the Stockton High
School and also of the College of the Pacific (San Jose, California).
Mr. Wilhoit
started his career in abstract of title and real estate business Stockton,
California, and continued until 1917. From January of 1917 to January 1949 he
was president of the Stockton Savings and Loan Bank; president of the Stockton
Harbor Industrial Company, Yosemite Theatre Company, West-Wilhoit
Company, trustee of College of the Pacific.
Member of the Episcopal Church; the
Yosemite Club; and is a Republican.
Mr. Wilhoit
married Algae Kelsey. Their home is El Pinal, Box 69, Stockton, California.
