DOHRMANN KASPAR PISCHEL, M.D.
Dohrmann Kaspar Pischel, M.D., was born November 22, 1895; the son of Kaspar and Minna (Dohrmann) Pischel.
He received his early education at
Pacific Heights Elementary School, San Francisco, California; Cates School, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara County, California; then
attended University of California from which he graduated in 1918 with the A.B.
degree. He received his M.D. degree from Stanford University in 1923. From 1924
to 1926 he did graduate work as Hospitant First Eye
Clinic, University of Vienna.
Dr. Pischel
is now in practice in San Francisco, California, specializing in Ophthalmology,
certificate from American Board of Ophthalmology in 1927.
He holds membership in San Francisco
County Medical Society; California Medical Association; American Medical
Association; Pacific Coast Oto-Ophthalmological
Society; American Academy of Ophtbalmology and Oto-Rhino-Laryngology; American
Ophthalmological Society; Bohemian Club of San Francisco and Meadow Club of Tamalpais, Calfiornia.
Dr. Pischel
married Margery Lovegrove on June 7, 1923, and has
three children: Dohrmann Kaspar,
Jr., born in 1929; Eleanor, born in 1931; and Elizabeth, born in 1933.
