I. O’BRIEN
T. I. O’Brien,
Collector of Licenses, San Francisco, is a native of New England, born in
Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1856. His
parents, William and Mary O’Brien, came to the Pacific coast during his early
boyhood, and here he grew up and attended school. He afterward secured employment and worked

Mr. O’Brien is a strong Democrat, taking an active interest in the

Governor Bartlett. He has been a member
of the committee since 1882.
Mr. O’Brien was
married in 1887 to Miss Anna C. Healy of this city, and a native of New York
State.
