CLARENCE
E. MILLER
Clarence
E. Miller, president of A. Schilling & Company, was born in Auburn, New
York, on March 26, 1885; the son of Daniel and Elsie (Cole) Miller.
He received his education in the
public grammar and high schools of Auburn, New York.
Mr. Miller acted as general manager
of sales and of branch houses of H. J. Heinz Company, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,
1929. He has been president of A. Schilling and Company, Division of McCormick
& Company, Incorporated (coffee, tea, spices and extracts), Baltimore,
Maryland, since 1930; also vice president and director of McCormick &
Company, Incorporated, Baltimore, Maryland.
Member of the
Republican County Committee; Chamber of Commerce; Masonic Order (Shriner); and Olympic Club of San Francisco.
Mr. Miller married Ethel Day on June
20, 1909, and they have one son, John Day Miller.
