EDWARD J. McCUTCHEN
Edward J. McCutchen, attorney (deceased), was the son of William and Amanda (Henderson) McCutchen. He was born November 10, 1857, in San Jose California.
His early education as received in the public grade and high schools of San Jose, and his legal education in San Francisco, California, where he was admitted to the State Bar of California in the year 1879.
Mr. McCutchen was in practice of the law in San Francisco, California, and until his death was senior member of the firm of McCutchen, Olney, Mannon, Greene, which is now the firm of McCutchen, Thomas, Matthew, Griffiths, and Greene.
He was a member of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, American Bar Association; and the Pacific-Union Club of San Francisco.
On August 9, 1883, Mr. McCutchen married Elizabeth E. Requa at San Francisco, California.
