PAUL S.
MARRIN
Paul S. Marrin, lawyer, was born in Hyannis Nebraska, on May 18,
1894; son of T. L. and Ida T. (Watts).
His early education was received in
the public schools of Hyannis, Nebraska, and of Twin Falls, Idaho. He obtained
both his preparatory and legal education at the University of California,
receiving the degree of A.B. in 1917, and after two years’ (sic) post-graduate
work received the J.D. degree in 1919.
Mr. Marrin
is in general practice of the law in San Francisco, California; associated with
the firm of Goodfellow, Eells,
Moore & Orrick, July 1919 to December 1920. He
became associated with Max Thelen in 1920 and in 1923
the present firm of Thelen, Marrin,
Johnson & Bridges was formed, the firm also having
offices at 215 West Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Marrin
is general counsel for Henry J. Kaiser affiliates; director of the Henry J.
Kaiser Company, Kaiser Metal Products, Inc., Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical
Corporation and Kaiser Steel Corporation.
He is a member of the Bohemian Club,
San Francisco Golf Club, Ltd., Commonwealth Club of San Francisco, American Bar
Association, State Bar of California, San Francisco
Bar Association. Republican.
On August 29, 1932, Mr. Marrin married Mary Fair, and they are the parents of two
children: Robert Scott, born June 17, 1935, and Suzanne Fair, born June 21,
1937. The family residence is at Golf Tract, San Rafael, California.
