JAMES LAWLER

 

James Lawler, Police Judge, San Francisco, is now serving his forth term in that office.  He was reared in Sonoma County and attended school there, and completed his education at St. Mary’s College, this city.  He entered the law office of Wallace, Greathouse & Blanding, where he studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1879.  He engaged in the practice of law until he was nominated and elected to his present position.
