FRANCIS HUMPHREY
William
Francis Humphrey, president of Tide Water Associated Oil Company, was born at
San Francisco, California on March 3, 1873.
He graduated from Santa Clara
University with the A.B. and M.A. degrees; then received his legal education at
University of California, Hastings College of Law, graduating in 1895 with an
LL.B. degree. He was admitted to practice in California in 1895.
Mr.
Humphrey is president and member of the Olympic Club of San Francisco,
California, also belongs to the San Francisco Bar Association, State Bar of
California and American Bar Association.
