LLOYD W. DINKELSPIEL

 

 

Lloyd W. Dinkelspiel, lawyer, was born in San Francisco, California, on November 19, 1899; the son of Samuel and Beatrice (Bachman).

            He obtained his preparatory education at Stanford University, graduating in 1920 with the degree of A.B. His legal education was obtained at Harvard Law School where he received the LL.B. degree in 1922. He was admitted to the bar of California in 1921.

            Mr. Dinkelspiel is in practice of the law in San Francisco, California, as member of the firm of Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe.

            During World War I, Mr. Dinkelspiel served as Second Lieutenant, Infantry; and in World War II, as Lieutenant Colonel with the Army Air Force, 1944 to 1945.

            He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco (past president), State Bar of California, American Bar Association; and the Phi Delta Phi fraternity.

            On February 26, 1926, he married Florence Hellman. They are the parents of two children: Frances, born in 1928, and Lloyd W., Jr., born in 1930. The family resides in San Francisco, California.
