MORRIS ELMER DAILEY

 

 

            Morris Elmer Dailey, president of State Normal School, San Jose, Cal.; native of Indiana; graduate of Indiana University; wide experience as a teacher; three years as principal of high school; two years city superintendent of schools; seven years’ experience in normal school work, the last four as principal of the San Jose State Normal School. The two most important changes in the policy of this State Normal School during the present administration are the high school admission basis and the increase in the amount of practice teaching required.
