Formerly,
a government operative, Frank S. Parise now maintains a confidential service
agency in Sacramento and has gained a gratifying measure of success in his
chosen line of work. A product of the west, he was born in a mining camp in
Colorado on the 18th of June, 1889, and when very young death
deprived him of his parents, Salvatore and Madaline Parise. The father was a
cattleman and also a police officer.
Frank
S. Parise attended public schools of Colorado and afterward took a course in a
business college, pursuing his studies in the evening when the day’s work was
over. For a number of years he was in the employ of meat dealers, gaining
experience in all branches of the business. At Trinidad, Colorado, he started
in police work, which he has since followed continuously, manifesting a natural
aptitude for service of this character. After leaving Trinidad he spent some
time in Reno, Nevada, acting as an investigator for the federal government, and
first came to Sacramento in 1920 but did not locate here permanently until the
fall of 1926. In 1929 he reopened his Reno office but maintains his headquarters
in Sacramento and conducts business under the style of F. S. Parise, Inc. He has
worked on many famous cases and renders to his clients the services of an
expert investigator who has never failed to successfully execute the
commissions entrusted to his care.
Mr.
Parise was married in Chicago to Miss B. Delaney and both are prominent in
social circles of Sacramento. Mr. Parise enjoys hunting and other outdoor
sports. Fraternally he is an Elk and his political support is given to the
republican party. He has never sought public office, preferring to concentrate
his energies upon his work, and his keen intelligence, his steadily expanding
powers and trustworthiness have made him nationally known as a confidential
agent.
