ARCHIBALD M. MULL, JR.

 

 

            Archibald M. Mull, Jr., lawyer, was born in Sacramento, California, on December 27, 1904; son of Archibald Marison and Lillian Claudia (Bottoms).

            He received his early education at Hitchcock Military Academy, San Rafael, California, from seventh grade through high school, 1917-1923; attended Sacramento Junior College, 1923-1924, University of California, 1925-1927 (A.B. degree), University of California Boalt Hall of Law, 1927-1930 (LL.B. degree); admitted to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, Supreme Count of California, United States District Court, Northern District of California, October 7, 1930; Supreme Court of the United States, Washington, D.C., October 18, 1945.

 

            Mr. Mull has practiced in Sacramento, California, continuously since his admission to the bar in California.

 

            He holds membership in the State Bar of California (president, 1949-50), American Bar Association, Sacramento County Bar Association, American Judicature Society, and American Law Institute.

 

            Married Josephine Margaret Richardson at Oakland, California, on August 31, 1931.  They have two children:  Barbara Ann, born October 29, 1932, and Archibald Marison III, born August 20, 1935.

 

            Residence:  1301 Forty-fifth Street, Sacramento 16, California.

 

            Offices:  515 Capital National Bank Building, Sacramento 14, California.
