BYRON C. HANNA

Industry, alertness and determination, together with a thorough grounding in the principles of jurisprudence, have proven the dominant factors in the success of Byron C. Hanna, member of the firm of Fredericks, Hanna & Morton, of Los Angeles.

Mr. Hanna is a native of Missouri, and was born in Kansas City in 1887. After receiving his preparatory educational training in public schools he entered the University of Southern California and engaged in the study of law, graduating with the LL. B. degree as a member of the class of 1908. He was admitted to the California bar the same year, and has since been in active practice.

For a period of eight years Mr. Hanna served as City Attorney of Venice, and for about two and one half years he was Chief Deputy District Attorney of Los Angeles County. While in this capacity he took part in numerous important cases, and amply demonstrated his knowledge of the law and ability as a trial lawyer.

Mr. Hanna holds membership in the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a 32° Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite, as well as the Elks, Los Angeles Athletic Club, Lakeside Golf Club and Santa Monica Swimming Club. In 1917 he married Daisy May Boycott.
