BERT JOHN
BRADNER
Natural aptitude for the field of jurisprudence, together with thorough training in its principles and persistent concentration on his practice has made Bert J. Bradner, of Los Angeles, one of the successful lawyers of that city.
Mr. Bradner is a native of Michigan, and was born in 1874 at Plymouth. After completing his preparatory educational training in public schools of Ann Arbor, Mich., he entered the University of Michigan. His legal training was obtained at the law school of the same institution, from which he graduated with the LL. B. degree in 1899.
After practicing for a short time in Chicago he became export credit manager for Swift & Company, packers. In 1904 he resigned his position and moved to California, locating in Los Angeles and re-entering the private practice of law. He specializes in corporation and oil law, and is counsel for a number of important oil companies, in addition to his general practice.
Mr. Bradner holds membership in the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association, as well as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the University Club, California Club, Los Angeles Athletic Club and Wilshire Country Club, as well as Zeta Psi fraternity, being a former President of the alumni association of the latter, and is now Vice-President of the national organization for the Pacific Coast. In 1910 he married Mabelle L. Mack.
