JAMES LYNDON BEEBE
James Lyndon Beebe, representative
attorney of Los Angeles, is a member of the well known law firm of O’Melveny, Tuller & Myers.
He was born at Udall, Kansas, November 24, 1889, a son of James Warren
and Ella P. (DeWeese) Beebe, and acquired his early
education in the grammar and high schools of his native city. His more advanced intellectual training was
received at Fairmount College of Wichita, Kansas, from which institution he was
graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in 1917. After war service, in further preparation for
a professional career he next entered the Harvard University Law School, which
conferred upon him the degree of LL. B. in 1922. The following year he was admitted to
practice in California. As above stated,
he is a member of the law firm of O’Melveny, Tuller
& Myers, with offices at 900 Title Insurance Building, Los Angeles, and he
enjoys high standing among the able and successful representatives of the legal
profession in this city.
Mr. Beebe is a director of the Los
Angeles Chamber of Commerce and a member of the California Club, the Harvard
Club of Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Country Club. He is identified with the Masons and also has
membership in the Pi Kappa Delta fraternity.
