HUGH
S. MacKINNON
Hugh
S. McKinnon is an able and representative young attorney of Calexico who also
maintains offices in Los Angeles as a member of the firm of Lavelle &
MacKinnon. He was born in Oak Park,
Illinois, December 21, 1900, the only child of Thomas and Ida (Sanborn)
MacKinnon, who are natives of Michigan and Illinois, respectively. The father is now a resident of Berkeley,
California.
In 1924 Mr. MacKinnon was united in
marriage to Miss Frances Belknap, of Modesto, California, and they are the
parents of four children: Dorothy,
Thais, Donald and Hugh S., Jr. Mr.
MacKinnon is identified with Lodge No. 1382 of the Benevolent and Protective
Order of Elks. His many good qualities
render him popular, and personal worth, profession ability and public-spirited
citizenship have gained him firm hold upon the high regard of his fellow
townsmen.
