CLAUDE L. ROWE

 

Claude L. Rowe was born in Fresno, California; the son of William Rowe and Claudia (Robensen) Rowe.

He received the A.B. degree from the University of California in 1921, LL.B. degree from Harvard University Law School in 1924. Admitted to the bar in San Francisco, California, in 1924.

He was city attorney, Fresno, California, is in general practice under his own name at present time. He specializes in water law and has successfully handled some of the largest water cases in the West.

He was in a machine gun company during World War I.

Mr. Rowe is a member of the following: California State Bar Association, Fresno County Bar Association, American Bar Association, University Sequoia Club, American Legion Post No. 4, Elks Lodge No. 439, Sunnyside Country Club, Fresno Lodge F. & A.M., Fresno County Sportsmen’s Association, and a national director of the Izaak Walton League.

Married Lorraine Timblin, and they have a son, Claude Rowe, Jr.

Mr. Rowe’s hobby is conservation of fish and wildlife.
