Supreme Board of Directors, Gentleman:
We, the Supreme Auditing Committee, respectfully report that we have just completed the audit of the adjournment, which we took on January 6, 1919, and also, for the period from January 6, 1919, to March 1, 1919. This audit included the books of the Chief Correspondent, Grand Master of Accounts, the Supreme Medical Director and the Shield Department.
We have verified the receipts as shown by the records, and find the amounts received by the Chief Correspondent have been turned over to the Grand Master of Accounts, and his receipt taken therefor.
All disbursements for the above period have been audited and we find said disbursements were authorized by the Supreme Board of Directors, as shown by their minutes.
