EWART WADE GOODWIN

 

Ewart Wade Goodwin, owner of Percy H. Goodwin Company, was born in San Diego, California, on August 31, 1907; son of Percy H. and May (Ewart) Goodwin. Received his A.B. at Stanford University in 1929.

Mr. Goodwin has been associated with the Percy H. Goodwin Company at San Diego, California, since 1930 and has been owner of the company since 1934. He is also director of the First National Trust & Savings Bank of San Diego; director of Solar Aircraft Company; and director of San Diego Transit System.

Member of California Association of Insurance Agents; San Diego Insurance Exchange; American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers; Institute of Certified Property Managers; San Diego Colorado River Association (president); San Diego Chamber of Commerce (first president, 1934-35); Zeta Psi Fraternity; San Diego Club, Cuyamaca Club, Cloud Club, and Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Goodwin married Mary Alice McKee November 17, 1934, and has three children: Percy Michael, Ewart Wade, Jr., and Judith May.
